Hi Eric and Ash - Just checking the journal updates and sitting here with tears in my eyes as I read the last one (Sept 14th) - God IS so good! Lawson has come such a long way. I am so glad he will have no memories of those horrible days.

It is so wonderful to see the daily improvements! I am so sorry to hear about your friends in the NICU. I wanted you to know that I met one of your nurses in the Santa Claus line at the Galleria last Wednesday- She went on and on about how sweet little Lawson is, and how much they love to spoil him! I didn't get her name, but she has little twin boys- so cute! I know that you already feel the love there, but I thought I would pass this on anyways! You are in our thoughts and prayers!

What a miracle...Lawson is so precious. Hudson continues to pray for him nightly before bed. Romans 8:18 is a great verse to keep in mind. We love y'all.

Hi Ashley and Eric! My mom sent me your website. I think Terra sent it to her. I am brought to tears. I feel your pain and heartache as you watch your child go through such a struggle. You probably don't even feel it thoroughly now. I don't know if you know much about our road with Lily, but I DO know what if feels like to go home every day without your baby and come back every day just to look at him and hope that it's ok to hold him that day. You will learn so much through this experience. People will ask you "How do you do it?" and you'll say "Last I checked, I didn't get a chance." You do what you have to do and pray that God keeps you going and gives you another day towards a healthy baby. I'm praying for you and am so glad my mom let me know about sweet baby Wood.
